This page describes the public Lisosoft website and enquiries sent through the email links on it. Specific client projects, purchases and employment engagements may have separate agreements or notices.
Your information and your choices.
Who this notice covers
Lisosoft (Pty) Ltd is the contact for information you send through this website. For website and privacy questions, email [email protected].
Information you provide
The contact form lets you prepare an enquiry with your first and last name, phone number, email address, optional company, subject and message. You may also provide your service interest, preferred contact method, location and timeframe. In email mode, these details are placed in your email application and are sent only when you send that email. The site does not save a draft. When you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include, such as your organisation, project details, CV or portfolio. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in an initial message.
How it is used
We use enquiry information to respond, assess a potential project or opportunity, arrange follow-up, and keep appropriate business records. Access may be limited to people involved in the enquiry or delivery. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose or an applicable obligation, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
Website technology and third parties
The site uses a hosting provider and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Technology ecosystem logos may load from Google's favicon service. Those providers can receive technical request information such as an IP address. The site has no account login. With your consent, configured Google Analytics or Google tag services may process technical usage information to help us understand website use. If protected online form submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to prevent spam, and the configured enquiry service receives the details you submit. Email mode does not load Turnstile or send form details to an enquiry service.
Cookies and browser storage
We store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage for 180 days so it is remembered across pages and visits. When optional Google measurement tools are configured, they load only after you accept optional cookies and may set or read analytics cookies. Rejecting keeps optional analytics disabled. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer or clear your browser storage. External font and logo requests described above continue regardless of this choice.
Your choices and rights
You can ask whether we hold your personal information and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may object to certain processing and raise a privacy concern by emailing us. South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) sets out data-subject rights and the Information Regulator’s complaint process. Visit the Information Regulator ↗
Security and links
We take reasonable steps to protect information in our care. Email and internet services involve their own security considerations; do not send passwords or confidential records through an initial enquiry. External sites linked here operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
