Start with your order or agreement
Refund and return requests are assessed against the goods or services supplied, your quotation or signed agreement, and applicable law. This policy does not remove rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act where they apply.
Hardware and faulty goods
Contact us with the invoice reference, product details and a description of the fault, damage or incorrect delivery. We will discuss the applicable return or inspection process. Consumer rights concerning defective goods are not replaced by a manufacturer’s warranty or restricted solely to the manufacturer’s procedure.
Change-of-mind returns
A change-of-mind return is different from a fault or a statutory cancellation right. Eligibility, the condition of the item and any lawful costs depend on the transaction and applicable terms. Contact us before sending equipment back so the delivery arrangements and next steps can be established.
Software licences and cloud purchases
Licence activation, subscription terms, third-party provider commitments and the type of purchase can affect the available remedy. We review these factors alongside your applicable rights; this is not a blanket exclusion of software or digital purchases from refunds.
Development, consulting and training
For service engagements, we review the agreed scope, milestones, work delivered and the reason for the request. Unused prepaid amounts, disputed deliverables or any proposed deductions are assessed against the agreement and applicable law. Deposits are not described as automatically non-refundable.
Submit a request
Include your name or organisation, invoice or project reference, the goods or service concerned, the issue, and the remedy you are requesting. Attach relevant supporting information without sending passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary personal records.
Outcome and payment
We will explain the assessment and any approved remedy, return requirements or refund arrangements. Processing depends on the facts and payment method, subject to any applicable legal deadline. If you disagree with the response, ask for a further review and retain your transaction records.
